Guido Gasperini

born in Rome, graduated in Piano at the “S.Cecilia” Conservatory in Rome.  He studied with Maestro Giuseppe La Licata.

 Subsequently he perfected his studies with internationally renowned masters such as Bruno Mezzena (Accademia Musicale Pescarese) Anne Marie Tabachnik (Switzerland) and Aquiles Delle Vigne (Accademia Ducale di Genova and Sommer Akademie “Mozarteum” in Salzburg).

Important, for his musical training, is the meeting with a great Master of the international piano school, Fausto Zadra, with whom he improved, from 1991 to 1999, at the “Ecole Internationale de Piano” in Lausanne (Switzerland) and at the “CIEM-Mozart” Foundation in Rome. He came to the attention of the public at a very young age and has been performing as a soloist for many years, both in Italy and abroad, gaining unanimous approval from the public and the critics as well as great interest in his pianism.

The desire to broaden and deepen his musical horizons led him to undertake the study of Composition.

 In 2012, under the guidance of Maestro Matteo D’Amico, he graduated in Composition (Three-year and Two-year Level II) at the Conservatory “S.Cecilia” in Rome with a score of 110 cum laude.

 He attended seminars and Master Classes in Composition with important international masters such as Luis De Pablo, Giorgio Battistelli, Nicola Piovani, Giuseppe Giuliano, Salvatore Sciarrino, Jacqueline Fontyn. 

 His music has been performed in Messina (Amici della Musica), at the Teatro Comunale di Cento (Ferrara), at the Auditorium della Conciliazione in Rome, at the Teatro Brancaccio in Rome, in the Basilica of S.Anselmo in Rome, in the Kammermusiksaal of the Staatliche Hochschule fur Musik in Mannheim (Germany), at the Auditorium of the Istituto “Peri” in Reggio Emilia, at the Teatro dell’Orologio in Rome, in the “Accademica” hall of the Conservatorio “S. Cecilia”, at the Reid. Cecilia”, at the Reid Concert Hall in Edinburgh and by the Orchestra Norrlands Operans Symfoniorkester in the Opera House of Umea (Sweden) under the direction of Christian Karlsen (Kulturverket “Fair Opera” project).
